Meet Eric Olsson

Born and raised in Sacramento - CA, Eric is trained in the Meisner technique at the William Esper Studio. He also graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a BA in Film & Media Studies.

Most recently appearing in the 2024 season finale of NBC’s LAW & ORDER: SVU “Duty to Hope”as the main perp, Eric combines raw athleticism and intensity with honed technique and unpredictable behavior in his acting.

Yet, it’s his genuine warmth and mischievous spirit that’ll make you laugh - like the role he is originating in the off-broadway play, Soonest Mended as “a handsomely mustachioed masseuse named Kieran (Eric Olsson, competently executing the job sans happy ending)." - TheaterMania

While at UCSB, he played the lead in the Pringles’ Unleash Your Inner Xtreme national award-winning commercial contest after captaining a national championship in club volleyball.

Upon graduating he played the lead role in J.R.R Tolkien’s Great-grandson, Nicholas Tolkien’s comedic feature film debut Masquerade which premiered at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival.

He is a former nationally-ranked gymnast and AAA-rated beach volleyball player with a dual citizenship in the EU.
